SihhaScan App Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms (“Terms”) govern all in-app purchases and subscriptions for the SihhaScan app (“App”) facilitated via RevenueCat, powered by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“Stores”). Resilience Strategies (CR 1608933, PO 2808, PC 130, Ghala, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman) (“we”, “us”, “our”) does not directly handle billing or payments, which are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC (“Store Providers”). By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Stores’ terms.

The App offers premium features through three pricing options. Prices are set in OMR (Omani Rial) and the App Store / Google Play converts to the local-currency equivalent (SAR, AED, KWD, BHD, QAR, USD, EUR, etc.) at the matched store tier in your storefront. The exact price in your currency is shown in the App and the Store before purchase.

• Monthly subscription: OMR 2.5 / month, auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial for new users.
• Yearly subscription: OMR 22 / year, auto-renewing.
• Lifetime: OMR 45 one-time purchase, non-recurring, no trial.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each period until canceled. Premium features include the deterministic GSO-cited verdict, the per-person safe-list, recall and reformulation alerts, and the full reference trail for every scan.

Payments are charged to your Store account. Manage billing, upgrades, or cancellations via Store settings (not the App). For the monthly and yearly tiers, cancellation ends future renewals but does not refund the current paid period—all sales are final. The lifetime purchase is a one-time transaction and is not subject to renewal or cancellation. No refunds or prorated credits except as required by applicable law or Store policies.

Subscriptions are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties. Liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are resolved in Muscat courts.
